When will I receive my order?
Once your order is placed, delivery typically takes 2ā3 business days for the Klang Valley region (Monday to Friday, 10 AMā3 PM). Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day. Please note that we do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
For areas outside the Klang Valley, delivery usually takes 3ā5 business days, depending on your location for City Link to send the parcels.
Exchange Policy
Initiating Exchange:
When dissatisfied with a product, contact our customer service (email, phone or live chat) providing order details and reasons for exchange (provided that it is a manufacturer error and not the customer's error in handling the items)
Understanding Policies:
- Ā All sales are final for discounted items, or items customised/a-portion by the customer's request.
- Ā No refund for all regular price or discounted items sold.
- Ā Exchange items can only be within 7 days of purchase for items in original unused condition with tag and receipt.
(Exchange allowed to be 1 time exchange only in a single receipt. ) - Ā Due to safety concerns, no refund or exchange for climbing hardware, climbing rope, climbing harnesses and other outdoor-related tools.
- Ā Items can be exchanged only once and must be in good condition and not damaged, worn, or torn.
- Ā Points accumulation is not allowed to be used for item exchange.
Packaging and Returning:
Securely pack the item for return following regular shipping guidelines. Ship it back to us using any form of courier service you may have and we will handle it from there. (Please note that customers need to bare the transportation fee upon sending the items back to us)
Processing Time:
Upon receiving the return, we will inspect and process the exchange. Stay informed about expected timelines during this phase by our email.
Receiving Replacement:
Once the exchange is processed, expect the arrival of your replacement item upon our update once it has been checked and approved by us in 1-3 days after we received the item from you. Additionally, you can also come to our physical store at Bangsar Shopping Centre for the exchanged item. (No Refunds)
What do I do if I received a damaged item?
If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and show proof of it being damage from manufacturer. Exchanges are subject to the following terms:

All exchanges must follow the above policy.
What do I do if I never received my order?
If your order hasnāt arrived within the expected delivery time, please first check your tracking number provided by Citylink. You can track your parcel on the Citylink website or contact their customer service.
